High Caliber AI ("we," "us") is operated by David Berkowitz from New York, NY. We respect your privacy and try to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

1. Information we collect

• You give us: name, email, company, message contents when you fill out forms (contact, assessments, lead magnets, course/workshop signup, partner submissions).
• Automatically: standard log data (IP, user agent, referrer, pages viewed) and cookies/analytics for traffic measurement and product improvement.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and affiliates) and/or Stripe, Inc., depending on the checkout. When you buy through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and independently controls your payment information per its Privacy Notice. We never see or store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• Deliver the service, content, or product you requested.
• Send transactional email (receipts, course access, replies).
• Send our newsletter and occasional updates — only if you opted in. Unsubscribe any time.
• Improve site content, GEO/SEO performance, and user experience.
• Detect abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your email list.

3. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted vendors that process data on our behalf, including:

• Hosting & backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase)
• Email delivery (Resend or equivalent)
• Payments & merchant-of-record services (Paddle, Stripe)
• Analytics (privacy-respecting, aggregated)
• AI APIs that power on-site chat and assessments (prompts may be sent to providers like OpenAI or Google; do not paste anything confidential)

We share the minimum needed for them to do their job and require they keep it confidential.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for session management, analytics, and remembering preferences. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work.

5. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email david@highcaliberai.com and we'll honor reasonable requests within 30 days. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar rights apply where they legally apply — and we extend the same courtesy to everyone else by default.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, or as required by law (e.g., tax records). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access controls). No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. International users

We're based in the United States. By using the site you consent to your information being processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Changes

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we change this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
